WHAT TO INCLUDE
All required information requested on the
nomination form must be provided. The nomination
form must be accompanied by supporting materials
that substantiate the nominee's accomplishments or
contributions. These include:
Press clippings and other materials that
verify statistics (i.e. win-loss records, etc.). (If
Available)
Two (2) Letters of Recommendation which
specifically address Hall of Fame nominee. (Required)
Small, (original) portrait-type photograph
of nominees for news release and Hall of Fame
display. (Required)
For cases in which supporting materials are
difficult to obtain, additional letters of
recommendation may be substituted.

materials, must reach the Alaska School Activities
Association office by
October
15 in order for the candidate to be
considered for the following year's class. Send the
completed nomination form and supporting materials
